hi you may need to upgrade to wordpress 3.4.
it replace the deprecated function ( get_theme_data -> new one wp_get_theme ) from wp 3.4

did you set the category id or post id in slider settting?, must be one, cannot be both.
also check if there’s plugin js conflict in your browser js log.
