Hai Dana. Yes, you change the featured video inside the theme option. Just go to admin panel > Appearance > Theme options, just setup your embed video under the Sidebar Featured Video. Follow the example on how to properly embed your video link.

1, If I have more images inserted inside the post, which one will be featured?
2, Can I make a feature image from non-inserted image? I mean that the wide format images look brilliant in feature news, but inside the text, wide-format is not very cool.
3, Can I change feature news to feature photos(from media library)?
Hai, Heimdallr. I’m glad you like using this theme. Regarding your questions:
1. If you have more than one image attached to a post, the theme will pull the first image on your post.
2. Yes. You can define your own image for the featured news to use. Please use custom field ‘feat-img’ below each of the featured post you’re rotating. Just simply go to edit post, under custom fields, put ‘feat-img’ into the name box and the absolute URL of your image into the value box, click the add button to update it.
3. Unfortunately, the theme can’t pull images from your media library to showcase. It only pull post based on category. You’ll have to do custom coding for that to work.

When featured a post, the preview text, respectively its last text line is cut in half… it doesn’t fit the feature screen, how can I repair it?
Hai. You can limit the preview text to fit the feature screen by editing the excerpt length inside the functions.php.
Please open the functions.php and look for “Excerpt Feature”, under it adjust the $excerpt_length=30.
30 is the number of words before excerpt. Edit the 30 to suit your need.
Any style of the featured slider can be edit through gallery.css inside the css folder of this theme.

You mean on the right of your site. right? OK please open the sidebar.php and delete the div class sidebox and everything under it containing the advertisement codes.

I downloaded some of your nice template, Black Mist and Cellular.
Cellular is my favourite one, but I can’t understand how to use the feautured gallery. It work when I use Black Mist, but when using Cellular, it doesn’t work.

It should work the same as blackmist theme. Either you set it up by inserting post id or by the drop down category selection. Just make sure you’ve enabled it and save it. Thanks.
Opss, i mean right side under the feature video. i want to take off the advertising box.

Sure you can try changing the_content to the_excerpt inside the index.php but at the cost of losing image thumbnails. It will only show text based excerpt.
